New Life FM - Artist Scripts

Most artists send out CDs with singles on them. When you do that, don't waste the rest of the space on the CD, put some liners on it as well. We will use them! Not all stations will use these because some of them use an image voice person for all station IDs and such, but we do use them. Our listeners tell us they like hearing people they know on the radio doing station IDs, scripture recordings, shows, and so on. They also like hearing these things done by artists whose music they like. Here are some examples of liners we have received from some artists already and some examples we'd like to get, but don't stop there, get creative! The more variety we have the better.

Station Identifications
There are three elements that are required by CRTC to make a complete, or legal, station identification. First, the call letters: ours are CIAY. Second, our frequency: ours is 100.7 (pronounce it one hundred point seven). Third and last is the community we're broadcasting from: that is Whitehorse. Beyond those elements there are many ways to say a station ID that is interesting. The order of the required elements can also be mixed up for variety.
